You spammed, you were warned. There's no issue with the warnings system there either.

Split off into a new topic, the update discussion is for discussing updates and I might not have a single clue what we're discussing I know it's not any update.

I know but I'm confused why Hummerz thought it was a spam topic when it had a purpose.

The warning system does need to be reworked tho, you've said it yourself. At least remove the spam (Minor) rule.

I can agree with Doom here, the rules here are a bit stingy. And even seeing the spam minor rule just made me tense up, The rule is pointless and apply's to the wrong situations.

We don't like test topics here. They don't encourage any discussion and just clutter up the place. We don't want this to happen, but we also realize that this isn't a very serious issue. So we give out the smallest warning possible to discourage it. What would you do differently?

The smallest possible warning is 1 point. You've earned enough of those tiny warnings that it's added up to the second-smallest punishment, a three day ban. This particular case isn't the best example of the problem with this system, but this system does have issues, and they have been discussed, and could still be discussed now if you like. The other discussions just kind of fizzled out IIRC but that's no reason to not start up a new conversation.

EDIT: Sorry, you didn't get the 3 day bans, you're still on 1 day bans. Yes, the 1 day ban is the smallest ban. Any smaller and you might not even see it before it expired.
