If you broke the rules 2 years ago and nobody saw it, but now mods found it - can they ban you?

dunno, if it's been a really long time I usually let it slide. But for something like maybe a month ago that's kind of eh. It'd be nice to have a something solid to go off of though.

How about the same length of time it takes warnings to expire? There's some vague logic somewhere in that.
Idk if all warnings take a month to expire, but if nobody's reported the thing in a month then it's probably not worth getting out the banhammer for after those 30 days.
