00:00 = 12:00 a.m.
06:00 = 06:00 a.m.
12:00 = 12:00 p.m.
13:00 = 01:00 p.m.
18:00 = 06:00 p.m.
13:00 p.m. = WRONG!
00:00 a.m. = WRONG!
00:00 p.m. = WRONG!
