I would prefer the chat to be left in-game instead of divided into two rooms. What's the difference? Plus you could post in this topic for events like Pingo's Secret Santa or if you want to leave silly photos.

I think it's more to have an actual voice chat. I can see myself joining one if it's on Discord (maybe Skype)

I sent a PM to NVD suggesting this, but I got no reply so I'm posting it here, edited.
I'd like to get the players' opinion on this:

Hi, I looked a bit into bukkit's popular plugins, with the intent of finding one that simply adds something like /home and /sethome, and I found this one, which is also popular: Essentials
In my opinion, some of those features could be useful for the server.
It has these features, but we can disable the unneeded ones:
- Player made homes, and server warps. It has a default delay so people don't use teleports to get out of a sticky situation, such as imminent death
- Easy player to player teleports, including teleport requests
- Full chat and nickname customisation (For adding EE/forums names, I guess)
- Economy support, including shop signs and command costs
- Full permission based build control, with the ability to block certain items
- Core world protection, allowing you to block explosions, fire spread and other catastrophes! <-- CoreProtect does it

I don't like any of those except maybe the usernames one. Adding teleports and permissions and stuff just ruins the game for me, it becomes too easy and takes away from the spirit of the game.

I wanted to remove most of them from the list, but I figured that some people may want them
Personally I'm just on for the player home command and the chat username

Enderman EXP/Enderpearl Farm is now up and running.

Haven't tested it thoroughly, I expected the exp rate to be a lot higher but it might not help to have people exploring the end islands at the same time.

EDIT: It drops endermen at half a heart

TODO:

1) Directions from nether spawn

2) Add enderchest

Jokes aside, it doesn't help when EE's already small community has an even smaller sub-community that is spread over widely different timezones. Not to mention the lack of online players tends to make people not come online on the server, because it just becomes a variant of single-player.

I would play modded, Vanilla gets very boring after having played it many times.

Terraria would be cool. I'm not a big fan of starbound though. If there was a terraria server since the world isnt huge like mcs the players would work together to complete things.

If you guys want to use mods, you could try out Joshua's Christmas Mod. It's made by my brother Joshua (aka TechnoWolf99). I actually helped by making a few of the graphics.

I would join the server, but I don't have a Minecraft account yet. :/

Terraria would be interesting, and I would play that.

Also, don't get rid of the MC server yet. Just in case you were thinking about it. Lol.

Anything that can bring together the community a little bit more is good!

EDIT: There's also a new version of Minecraft, 1.11.2, which adds a couple of things into the game. Could the server eventually be updated into 1.11.2?
