Banned for no reason.

I am officialy annoyed. I was banned once, and I admit, I deserved it, but now, this is completely stupid.
I don't know who banned me, but here is proof I was banned.

First, I did not evade swear filter. Someone else did, I'll talk about that later.
Second, why would I do that? I'm not that strong, and I love my kitty. I would never hurt her.
Third, it was actually someone else who started that. Some kid, with v at the start of their name (forgot name sors) swore in chat and me and some people were trying to either stop him or fix his grammar. Judging by his attitude, he is probably younger than 11. But the main thing about this post is, that I got banned for no reason.
Please lift my ban, as I'm really disapointed. I got banned once, and I admit, I deserved that, but now, I got banned for no reason. Nowhere in my 2 years of EE was I so disapointed.
All I want is to lift my ban, ban the other one who swore, and stop these no-reason bans

so, you said what he said but in a different manner? if what he said was banworthy, why wouldn't you get banned for saying the same thing he did but differently?

No, I didn't say that.
I was saying stuff like:
"Calm down, it's not like we're bullying you."
"Please, it's not my fault if you're gonna get banned"
"Why would you do that? Just calm down, we didn't do anything do you"

I was saying stuff like
"you* I* a*"
When he swore, I wouldn't have to correct him.
Knowing him, he 50/50 knows what those swears meant.
So, I'm still not guilty.

EDIT: He said stuff like "shut up -swear- your mom -more swears- so **** the -swear- up." Here is my fixing: "Shut up <not saying> your mom <not saying> so shut the <not saying> up."
All I fixed was shut and replaced with Shut, **** and replaced with shut, and thats all. I said only "Shut* shut*".
I gtg'd at a moment, and then swore only once. "Kid stop saying *swear* and stay in school." I didn't put anything like n^#b (noob), just said the word. Swear filter exists, right? So it's no problem.

EDIT 3: wow i'm trying to say "s h t" as in shut but it censores

If you don't understand what I'm trying to say, is that I got banned for no reason.
I did nothing that I was banned for, the one I was trying to calm down did that.
And then people say "you deserved it" without even understanding me.
I'm saying that someone reported me for false claims, and the one who reported me should be banned, as well for the one who ACTUALLY did what I got banned for.
Please, do something. I'm ok with getting banned for 24 hours, I can wait, as I didn't want to play EE for today (bcuz was bored), all I'm trying to do is to get the one who reported me for false claims, the one who actually did what I was banned for, banned.

Hi. Yeah, it's stupid. Koya has been banning people just for swearing, and for false charges. There exists a swear filter you know, and just evading swearing doesn't mean you've been killing the amount of people Voldemort killed.
