Halloween 2016 Pack Not Registering When Purchased with Energy

I purchased the Halloween 2016 pack with energy a few weeks ago. I was certain I owned the pack because of course, I witnessed buying it. However, I made my daily visit to the store and all of the sudden I see the Halloween 2016 Pack in the gem section. I went into a personal world and tried to look for the Halloween 2016 Pack in my inventory, but it was nowhere to be found. I really don't want to pay 17 gems just to get the pack that I already got before. Is there anything I can do about this?
