logically that doesn't make sense. But I think I got what you're saying.

I also recall an existing issue that is hard to pin down, which I wonder if you are getting some form of "false positive" by chalking this up as a styling issue.

Anonymity does seem to err when an anon post is like... not the most recent post... idk what it is. I made an anon post a while back, it wasn't even the most recent, and my name appeared on the front page. I have no idea.

also, can we remove the "Hey have some RSS!" link since there's no RSS?

You can also embed an image and correlate IP addresses, and you can check if their post count incremented by 1.

It's like 30 lines of code to find people, was going to make a site you can just enter in a post ID to get the username but lazy ?

or match post-by times provided on the profile
or check if a user's online when the anon user posts

some things we just can't really rectify
