Smiley suggestion - sick or ill smiley: cold, fever, headache [...]

Hi,

I was wondering why all smiley are rather happy and of course healthy.
Personally I believe that smilys also represent the users mood when playing.

So why not have a smiley with mild fever and a thermometer sticking below the tongue. Maybe a smiley with a cold and some other common issues.
