there are few cases in which it legitimately makes sense for an entire topic to be "owned" by one person. most of the topic locking by users here is unnecessary and really just pointlessly ending possible discussion. i don't think the topic creator should be able to lock the topic (in the cases where it is appropriate, they should be able to request one) or delete the topic by themselves (unless the topic has no replies, in which case it is the same as just deleting the post)

What if topics in Rooms, Crews, and Creative could be locked and deleted by the owner?

those seem the most reasonable ones, though i would still hesitate to allow users to delete entire topics (what if a leader decides they don't like a crew, but other players who wants to continue have lots of stuff in their posts on the topic that they'd like to keep? just one example)
