Make "Imgs of chats on ee/forums" sticky

Idea...
Make option for making favorite topics. Sticky topics are usually important so they are always on top, but favorite topics are different for everyone, so this should be customizable.

just look at statistics of replies and views. It's the second alive topic in game Discussion

This is not the criteria for stickying a topic. Topics get stickied because it is important for users to see them. I don't think this topic is that important.

With this Criteria you also have to unsticky this topic. So then sticky [img]images of chats[/img] thread because it is as important as [img]Look what i got[/img].
