Staff demotion is never going to take place in a public poll. That is determined in the hands of the administration only and it won't be affected by public opinion so the staff remains pure and unbiased. Remember that staff that stay on the list are never inactive as they can very often do behind the scenes work in game and on forum. Be happy that there is a moderation team to take you suggestions and help you, as this is not the case in many other flash games.

Also if I may add, don't be upset if someone doesn't answer your post the way you'd like. (In ref to the early posts on this thread) Remember this is a forum and a forum is a place for people to express their opinions. They may answer however they like as long as it's in the lines of the guidelines of the forums rules.

why dont people just say the mod's name instead of putting a number

Typing a name means you have to press 3 more keys than a number.
