Tooltips for Effects

Basically, if you hover your mouse over the effect icon in the top-left when you have an effect, it should tell you what effect you have. Would be useful for new players.

tbh I would love if this would happen even if you just hovered over the effect block when you didn't have it. I genuinely don't know what most of the effects look like, and I imagine it's only worse for new players.
