There are 4 codes of 50gems so far, so counting for ~40 people, that's still close to 1/10 to win 50 gems.

I believe the gem prize should be shared among everybody with those winning they get 25-50 gems.

Having everyone get a few gems ruins the point of actually being able to use the prize to buy stuff on black friday. 3 gems per person isn't going to change much. With 50 gems, that's already a few classics and/or some GM membership (up to 2 months on black friday)
