traps in campaigns

oc found one in perpetual frustration, tier 3, mini 87: if you remove your jump boost at the remove jump boost spot then die, you cant get the jump back and are trapped
will edit with more if i find any

-select imp, collect a coin, die
(while they're technically traps im not saying i want them fixed)

ok nice so that first one was fixed

...select boss rush, beat dragon devil, hold right while entering the end portal, jump to hit cp
