Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

So this is very odd, because I play heavy games on Steam without any lag, but in everybodyedits my movement seems laggy, when I press a movement button it sometimes slides a little more and stuff like that.
Because of this it's impossible for me to play extreme events.
My adobe flashplayer is up to date, I also have the lag on both of my pcs.
Maybe this is how the game is and i'm not lagging at all, hopefully someone can confirm or deny this.

Then your steam games are probrably off-line, and your internet connection is bad
It dosent matter if you have the best computer in the world, because when you play online, it's the game server that does most of the hard work, not your computer

My movement drifts also, kinda annoying when trying to play levels.

It has nothing to do with internet connections, physics and input are client side. The gist of it is that Flash is horrible. What can sometimes help is try a different browser. Chrome's pepper Flash used to have some input lag but was fixed a long time ago. I played on Firefox in the meantime.
No u.

Already tried different browsers, didnt work sadly.
Does anyone knows when it will release on Steam? that should solve the lag issue.

Are you playing on a laptop by any chance? If so, setting energy saving to "High Performance" fixes all lag for me.

Try turning off applications that could consume CPU, when i have usage over ~80% then EE can sometimes lag for me but when i close all CPU intensive applications then it's not lagging so much.

I have an entry-level gaming PC at home, and I get no lag at all due to fibre optic internet giving me ping close to 0.
I have a mid-range gaming laptop in my student accommodation with better specs than my PC, and though it's also got an Ethernet connection, EE lags because the connection has higher latency than my home one.

I gotta disagree. A player with higher ping will lag more in an online multiplayer game than a player with low ping. You can have all the bandwidth you want (and my laptop gets 50Mb/s) but if your client communicates slowly with the server then you get lagspikes.
My GTX 960m, i7 and 8GB RAM would run EE just fine if it was single-player.
One bot to rule them all, one bot to find them. One bot to bring them all... and with this cliché blind them.

Thanks for the info, I really hope the Steam release is soon cause that should fix the lag issue.
I loved this game allot and was one of the first players ever, but now it's just unplayable
