Refunds for what? Did you lose anything?

I think he meant the energy we've added for those blocks and smileys before it went free.

Makes no difference. If you pay $100 for something then it goes on sale a year later for $50, do you get a $50 refund? No.

Most of the items other than these are purely cosmetic, if a player wants to have that specific kind of block he can invest into it.

If you guys really want to make it easier for new players to get items, make ways to get extra energy (someone suggested watching an ad on another thread, which could work. There are more ways other than that)
