if 1 was on and 11,111 was off 1 would tunr off and the other 2 would turn on when activated.

Yes but when you see the block in the world, 1. how are you going to fit all those numbers on one block, 2. how can the block appear to be on and off at the same time? And how do you show which IDs are on and which IDs are off? Can these things be fit onto one block?

Yes but when you see the block in the world,
1. how are you going to fit all those numbers on one block? Probably just 1+ and you wont be able to see what else. idk.
2. how can the block appear to be on and off at the same time? "1 is on and 11,111 are off" that is its starting position, turning that switch on flips it. its not so much on and off as it is flipping back and fourth

he says that portals do not show where they spawn at. And he means that switch blocks do. He wants the switch block to not display the numbers

you might as well stop using the same phrase over and over and propose your ways to solve the problem and display the IDs, seeing that you wooted the OP and support the general idea

multi switch is good idea but not showing number is stupid.. would you go to world full of 6 different locks and doors and keys when none of them have color?
