Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

I was doing something, and then it just plain old broke in half in my mouth.
the other half i had to push out.

When have you last brushed your teeth?
Uhh that doesn't sound healthy.
Your teeth shouldn't just break in half.
indeed. Let's take guesses as not-dentists on what that could be!
To break in half, you'd need two disagreeing forces such that the force difference exceeds the integrity of the ... thing.
So either you pulled really hard (and your gums are rock-solid--bad!) or you hit it really hard (that should mean a ton of pain, or your nerves are shot --bad!)... OR the tooth is eaten through. Those are cavities, right? You should get those looked at because they can be painful and otherwise spread icky bacteriastuffs I think.
so, are your teeth rotting through?
also, is this a primary tooth? or a permanent tooth? That should be altogether concerning for different reasons

i once was play-fighting with my sister (she was like 6-8 back then) with a pair of paper boxes and one of her front teeth had to fall out soon
i did a swing in front of her face once and accidentally kicked that tooth out
fun part is: neither of us noticed it until 30 minutes later, when she realised something in her mouth is missing
get on her level of teeth losing coolness

One time I was doing the washing machine while holding monkey bars and I swung myself into the ground teeth first and you can imagine how my teeth fell out like domino pieces being tipped over.
@OP, which from these items have you eaten often?

When I was young, my mom used to pull it using a string. Nowadays, I just chew a candy. The tooth gets stuck in the candy and pops out easily <3
