Choice to restrict block packs in worlds

I think that there should be an option for the owner of a world to restrict specific block packs of their choice.
when the packs are restricted, the people that have edit cant place those blocks anymore.
I think this would be a nice thing to add because some things like coins, signs, and invisible blocks could be kept from being placed excessively.

it could also be cool if you could restrict blocks by their tags, like removing blocks with the orange tag if you don't want them in your world.

Will restriction work for everyone same, or can crew members minimally use these blocks, even if restricted.

I mean the idea of it is that everyone would be equally restricted, but i'm sure it could be turned off and on to make exceptions or something like that.
