I was not going to publicly say that having more posts than you is the most important thing in my life.

Ignore him, i mean not as staff, as a person. He is only jealous that you're a mod.

That plays nothing into it, saying things like that is banter and is what friends do. There is an underlying competition between us to keep our numbers high to stay in the lead.

Your post took 2 seconds to read. Diff's posts are lengthier, so make that 3 seconds. While he goes through his comments, he has to click the "Next" button every 50(?) posts, which takes 2 seconds to click & to load. He also has to count which post is cringeworthy, which is around half a second. As most of the cringeworthy posts are near the end, one may assume 1/16 of all his posts are cringeworthy.

Total time to click and load: 280 seconds
Total time to count cringeworthy posts: 375 seconds
Total time to read all posts: 42,000 seconds
Total time in seconds: 42,655
Total time in minutes: 710.9167
Total time in hours: 11.8486

It will take Diff half a day to read all his posts. He better stock up on caffeine. And this doesn't consider breaks either, so it should take around 14 hours in reality.
