It's actually true. But that only goes for +energy; magic smileys and bricks are exempt from this rule.

I think we magic should be equal for everyone. It doesn't seem fair punishing veterans.

Although in the past week I've got +11 magic and I had more than 1000 max energy.

I still haven't gotten 1 magic coin since mr.shoe magic levels were out. Last magic I got was the purple ghost...

I don't mind the general idea of newer players being able to catch up with the older ones energy-wise, especially when most older players already bought everything, excluding multiple-buy items.

What I do mind, is the fact that doing campaigns (which newer players also complete for the energy) lowers your chance of magic for all future coins.

yeah, I haven't had a single one since magic was "fixed" and I've been playing EE daily.

That's dumb. Energy shouldn't be like a "level-up" system where it gets harder to obtain energy the more you have. It should remain consistent. Sure a +10 magic coin doesn't mean much for me anymore but it's still really exciting and it makes me enjoy playing. You are basically screwing yourselves over because veterans have one less thing to enjoy about the game when they don't have the excitement of gaining magic coins.

Even if it were still a problem, magic coins could just have a higher tendency to give energy instead of max energy.

My account is literally 3 years old and i have gotten the regular wizard recently, magic block recently and i have never gotten a magic coin since the rank removal update. nice.

You really need to re-read what I said.

Only +energy becomes more difficult, you have equal chance for magic blocks/smileys at any amount of max energy.

The reason there's a stagnation system is because veteran players usually have all items and can reach so much max energy they can instantly buy any new item with energy as soon as they come out. Energy becomes meaningless, which keeps players less invested, and it's just a bad business model.

I got all magic smileys including purple ghost and gotten energy before but after like about 2 years later I have never gotten any magic blocks.

Back on this topic, I feel like there's a bug somewhere server-side which makes non-energy gains (the smilies and blocks) affected by max energy while it shouldn't. There's a good chance I'm wrong, but I still wanted to share my point of view on this.
