It's always bigger, because the screenshot reserves 1/3 of the screen ususuususuallly

theres no clear answer
you didnt specify which device was used to make the screenshot, thus the screenshot could be bigger if it was taken from a device with bigger screen than my phone
another way to make the screenshot is simply rescale it in an image editing program
that is, if by "bigger" you mean that the object takes up larger area

Like if a phone had a curved screen around all edges the screenshot would be bigger than the phone - the Samsung Edge takes screenshots wider than the phone I think.
