Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Insanity wrote:

Basically, the gist of what happened was that Proc offered to put in a good word for Thegame to become mod, and apparently has tried to actually make Thegame a mod multiple times but failed because the rest of the staff did not agree. And in return, Proc asked Thegame to do certain things. One of those things was how Jawapa got demoted. Yes, Jawapa did sell gems, however they weren't 100,000 gems like everybody thought. Jawapa said that it was only 400, and Jawapa claims that Proc had bloated the story to make it appear as though it was 100k. Now, I don't know if I completely believe Jawapa on this, but I do believe that Proc would not just randomly suggest Thegame as a mod (he is obviously a horrible choice), and probably did ask something of thegame. I only read over the skype messages once, however, Jawapa, Ninja, and Master1 will probably tell you more accurately what happened. And after the demotion of Jawapa, proc was seen making statements that he did certain things just to get Master1 demodded. Thegame and Proc will say that we are angry just because our friend was demoted. If you know anything about us you know that we probably hate Jawapa more than anyone in the community, but are working with him on this. Why do you think that is?

You're twisting facts. Thegame approached me with evidence that Jawapa had made money by selling gems. I never asked him for these proofs or buy them from him like you suggest. He did this for his own benefit, since he probably wanted Jawapa demodded himself.
Selling 545* gems (not 400 as you claim) was something we never expected Jawapa to do, and hearing about it changed our opinion on him. This eventually caused Jawapa to be demodded.
Thegame had helped me with fixing anticheat in campaigns before (and received temporary anticheat immunity for it, and no, no one else has received such immunity) and after telling me about all this, he asked me to put my good word for him becoming Jawapa's replacement. I did, but only because I do believe he has a good sense of judgement. This was only brought up once, but the staff disagreed with me because thegame wasn't popular among the players, which I understand and agree with myself.

Now I understand the whole situation around Jawapa and the number of gems can be a bit hard to follow, so I have decided to visualize it by pasting the results of my GemTracker™:

<unnamed>
- Income sources:
-- (unbacked) -> <unnamed>  : 10000000
- Expenses:
-- <unnamed> ->  g0d (simple1293308211562x15) : 545
-- <unnamed> ->  iqcbny10 (simple1453055304538x14) : 5280

The deleted (unnamed) account is Jawapa's. As you can see, he transferred 10 million gems into that account from the admin panel. This is probably what you are confusing with the number of gems he actually sold, which is only 545. We let Thegame keep these gems, no more gems were rewarded to thegame. Since he had paid money to a staff member, we decided to take the blame and compensate thegame. Nou agreed to this. Thegame never received any extra 2000 gems from me.

The second transfer, of 5280 gems was not Jawapa himself, but it was a hacking attempt by jesse and bgic, made weeks after the selling incident, but before being demodded. GemTracker™'s output for iqcbny proves this:

iqcbny10 (simple1453055304538x14)
- Income sources:
-- <unnamed> ->  iqcbny10 (simple1453055304538x14) : 5280
- Expenses:
-- iqcbny10 (simple1453055304538x14) ->  (unclaimed) : 220
-- iqcbny10 (simple1453055304538x14) ->  jesse (simple1290622934322x73) : 1980
-- iqcbny10 (simple1453055304538x14) ->  bgic (simple1293302716868x94) : 1540

Jawapa never noticed the missing gems, I did. Once discovered, the gems transferred to jesse and bgic were removed. The remaining gems (1760, 220 of which were stored in form of gem codes) were also removed.

---

The gem laundring:

iirc: A user was hacked a few times, each time losing 880 gems, and jawapa restored their gems, but what jawapa also did was to track and remove the stolen gems from the accounts they ended up in. Jawapa handled this case properly, and this incident was not used against him when deciding to demod him.

This is unrelated to the gem selling incident and Jawapa's hacked account.

I have never thought of programming for reputation and honor. What I have in my heart must come out. That is the reason why I code.

But Proc didn't do anything wrong. M1 admitted his mistakes and promised to improve but Nou cut the cord. I wish M1 was still mod but it's understandable why he was let go.

Lol this is truly wonderful.
1&2. Nou is aware of the gem laundering, the only thing that was confusing about that is he wasn't aware that I was the one that did this. As stated by Proc, this had nothing to do with JaWapa being demoted, THIS HAPPENED AFTER that.
3. I did feel bad, JaWapa was my friend, however he wasn't doing what he should have. It sucks get over it.

Thank you, Proc, for finally explaining the entire situation to me. It's only been ~1 year.

I actually pieced things together the other night when I was talking to thegame. He mentioned being the one who had got the gems, and after thinking about the name, I remembered what had happened.

I'm sorry, to everyone, for saying I was innocent, when I really wasn't. In my defense, I just forgot it had happened.

"likely story"
I have nothing to lose. I'm no longer a mod, I don't play the game, and my reputation has been **** on. There is absolutely nothing I could gain from lying about it. There never was.

Why was thegame given immunity for the same crime that I was demoted/banned for? That's some next level retardation.

No, it happened like days before I was demoted/banned. It was at most 4 or 5 days before.

This is another thing. People seem to think I conspired to do it, or that it was like breaking into a bank.

I forgot because it was all done on either facebook or skype, and was weeks before all this **** came up.

But this topic isn't about that.

What I did bettered the game, it got holes in the system patched, and it removed someone who wasn't capable of being apart of the staff. I think we always forget, yea you sold me gems and I was begging for ****, however.....while you were selling me these gems and talking to me on Facebook you were also planning on taking over everybody edits, copying the db from player.io and planning on releasing insane amounts of info to the public. Once again, you asked the public for their forgiveness when you got demoted and pleaded not guilty. Now, you sit there and ask for it once again. So they can thank me for that, and anyone who doesn't believe can feel free to contact me for the evidence (which was already made public in your removal post). Truth

How come everyone is saying that these dont matter because they are out of context, and when M1 got demodded his chats were out of context but everyone still thought it was the end of the world?
