If they have only 10 words, it will reserve to much space when also showing their big avatars. This would be especially great for anonymous topic as they avatars are gigantic

I'm pretty sure anonymous avatars don't actually take up any more space beyond what they take up. In other words, you aren't going to save space by not displaying them selectively. Anatoly, I'm guessing most of the new accounts don't bother with setting up an avatar. Naturally we'd need diff's knowledge of what space the avatars actually take up, compared to the mass of text data we've got.

Although we did kinda falter/crash when the available memory reached a limit lol.

no because i use avatars to identify people
not gonna look at the names
