It's easy to get noticed as a complete and utter moron.
If you don't want to be seen as a moron, then get a talent.
If you're completely talentless, and happen to be attractive, you can get internet famous through pornography.
If you're completely talentless, and happen to be unattractive, pretend to be a successful businessman and run for president.

Doing something extremely illegal and easily noticeable would get you famous. I don't recommend it though.
