It's a cool idea to create these kinds of portal puzzles, but I think it'd work better with visible portals. Invisible portals makes it seem like things are randomly happening, and trying to figure out where portals are can be very frustrating in bigger rooms.
The puzzles were quite clever though, you had to think of how the portals were rotated.
But I didn't finish 'cause I got stuck here

Fixed the bug right there, sorry
I also added red checker bgs to show where a portal is.
Do you think I should make some more red backgrounds in random places as to confuse the player, and make the level more parasitic?
