WINE isn't very good for .NET applications. I'd suggest you use Mono, or a virtual machine if that fails.
Alternatively, you could go down the route of developing bots in Flash, although it's continually being deprecated by modern browsers.

Yeah, didn't know about the objective C library. But I guess he just wants to run existing bots, not develop new ones.
