hi i would like to express my confusion

why is it when zoey defaces someone's signature with eye gore and constantly bends the rules to do what she wants, she only gets a slap on the wrist...

while master1 literally just doesn't do anything and gets the community raging at him for no reason and then gets demodded or resigns or whatever?

What I remember did master1 ignore all things you said about people should cut their wrist and suicide things without even a ban from the game.
If a mod ignores that, then he shouldn't be a mod.

I know it's frustrating but we had a poll so there's not much you can do about it until zoey messes up again.

Master1 isn't a forum mod and didn't have riots ongoing for weeks to the point where the EE staff felt like they needed the finality of a community-driven decision just to get people to calm down for 2 seconds.

EDIT: Seriously though I don't know why you're expecting a poll, the poll was all me it's not like it's standard procedure across the internet to have a poll before you demote someone.

The ideal situation would be one where everyone likes each mod. So, given that the poll result turned out to be very close to 50/50, perhaps it would have been better to just replace Zoey with someone who everyone likes, despite the majority of the community wanting her to stay.

You're right, you definitely are, but for the most part people have been more or less okay (if you define "okay" as "not rioting", anyway) with things until M1 got demodded and Ninja started whining about how different sets of people handle different but similar situations differently.
