"In our world, men and women are equals. " is a really vague question with multiple possible meanings
the answers to the question "Concerning religion, which of the following selections do you relate to the most? " are not complete, since you exclude by a minor change in wording the possibility that someone doesn't know there to be a god and doesn't believe in a god, but doesn't hold that belief due to their lack of knowledge
you ask "Are hate groups allowed? *" but the responses look more fitting to the question "Should hate groups be allowed?"
the question "Christians and Catholics, what do you think of atheism?" doesn't include any answers covering possible opinions (for example, a universal reconciliationist may consider atheism to be bad and something to be changed, but not say that an atheist should burn in hell)
"Should rich people have higher taxes? *" also doesn't have answer covering a number of possible opinions

other questions have problems too but those ones are the most obvious
