[Release] EE Account remover

Ninja posted his login remover. So I post mine too if someone want to use it.
If you find a new bot you could add it into the document. I have also added SOReader, which check if EE flash file still have the password.
The program is also obfuscated so people doesn't use the code to steal passwords with it.
Thanks to Atilla that showed me how to use SOReader.

For any bot that saves login details, it's more than the creator's responsibility to add an in-bot option to delete the Appdata config file; it should be a requirement.
