How to create a bot?

Hello there, I want a bot for my world but I don't know how to make them. I'm sure there are plenty of tutorials online but my experience in coding / programming is basically making text appear in python.

Here is a list of things I would like the bot to do:

Primary Features:
(things I need the bot to do)

- Whenever I place spikes (361), after 3 seconds it gets replaced with a yellow dot gravity effect (4).
- Whenever I place fire (368), after 1 second it gets replaced with a yellow dot gravity effect (4).

Secondary features:
(things I would like the bot to do but I can manage without)

- Fire (368) and spikes (361) should not be able to be placed on the green basic background (505).
- Yellow dot gravity (4) on the basic red background (503) should change between the normal yellow dot gravity (4) and the slower yellow dot gravity (459).
- Whenever I place a red basic block (12), after 3 seconds it gets replaced with normal gravity (0).
- Whenever I place a red mineral block (70), after 5 seconds it gets replaced with normal gravity (0).
- Whenever I place a red plastic block (129), after 10 seconds it gets replaced with normal gravity (0).

Other features:
(alternate ways to previous features that I would prefer on the bot)

- Be able to change the amount of time it takes for fire (368) and spikes (361) to change to yellow dot gravity (4).
- Be able to change the time interval for the basic red background (503) to switch between normal yellow dot gravity (4) and slow yellow dot gravity (459)
- Be able to change the amount of time it takes for the various red blocks (12,70 and 129) to change to normal gravity (0)

Any help with how to make this kind of bot or making the bot in general is appreciated. Thanks in advance <3

Sounds simple enough, if you rip off InitParse. The rest is just a lot of sleeping threads.

EDIT: Inb4 hate: perhaps a timer instead of threads.

Keep in mind that you'll also have to know C#.

If you're asking for someone to create a bot for you, then change the name - it's deceiving.

I'm kinda asking if someone could help me create the bot, like the guiding me through the process of doing it.

I could easily create this I think. As Tomahawk said, if you know how to use initparse, this is very easy.
I will look into it but I do not promise anything. (I will edit this post if I ever start making this.)

is there any chance you could teach my how to use initparse, coding is something I have always wanted to do and am going to be doing in college next year and I think that coding a bot for EE would be a good place for me to start.

You will need VS. I added you on TV, please accept me. Look at how to add friends, also the readme is on the github page. Use the forum's search function to find InitParse.
The link I sent you isn't hard compared to other C# terminologies you need to know.
