limit anon
I swear to god, please, diff, I beg you, disable anon topics for any game related forum.
Only allow anon in "Debates", "Forum Games" and "Topic Graveyard". And make sure Debates are only for discussions that aren't about EE. We already have Game Discussion and Forum Discussion for that.
Seriously, anon doesn't make sense elsewhere and it's being abused way too often for impersonation, making fun of others or just degrading the quality of a conversation.
