Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

I’m not planning to support the online images in the forum signatures, sadly.
I have duplicated and expanded Hexagon's idea.

Using shields.io default styles.
Plastic

Flat

Flat Squared

Will just show "online" if in lobby.
You do not need to change the image URL at all, you just need to add the player "locator" as a friend and "online" will display the world name (locator will slowly make its way down to the bottom of your friendslist and will not always be at the top) - you can also link to the world directly like so:

Your location is only posted if you add the user "locator", I don't know your locator if you do not add this user.
It is completely your choice, if you don't want it - don't have locator as a friend.

The bot will now automatically accept friend requests! (thanks to NVD @, I'm not entirely sure what happened as the instructions he gave didn't work but a C&P did work even though the code was identical - idk)
If you want to use a badge that allows you to show off what world you are in and have a link to that world then add the user "locator", your friend request will be accepted within a minute and your world should be shown off within a minute after.
If you do not want to have your world shown off - do not add the bot, a simple "online" will be shown (Edit: if you no longer want to show your world, delete the bot from your friendslist - you can add it again after)
The bot should never show as online in your friendslist so do not worry about a bot always being at the top, it will slowly make its way to the bottom of the list.
This service is still new, only spent a limited amount of time on it after finding out Hexagon was discontinuing it and I had other stuff to do - there shouldn't be any bugs and if there are it'll be because of caching, but mention them if something drastic happens.
Some things to note:
• I am fairly certain that this bot should never crash but there is a small chance the service could stop.
• If you have connected with the bot and used the link, if you change worlds and don't refresh your page for a minute then the link will send you to a new world and the image will show the old world - there is no fix.
• Sometimes the images fail, shields.io timesout after only a few seconds and lots of simultaneous requests from the same browser queues the image requests resulting in images failing consistantly when there are lots of banners - there is no fix unless I make my own (I am logging chosen smiley )

Cool. I never knew Hex did the original ones. How did you put this together so fast?
I have no technical questions 'cause I don't understand anything about coding
Pretend I didn't exist until now

The bot is very simple, it's about 160 SLOC (plus about 10 for the PHP)
Thank you eleizibeth ^

Sorry, I have no idea what a SLOC is. Is it like an oobleck?

Source Lines Of Code - basically lines of code omitting blank and noted lines.

I had some issues with my hosting provider, my FTP activity was "dodgy" - I use a static server cached JSON to get player activity which is faster than using a database if multiple images are loaded at once.
There should no longer be any issues, sorry for this annoyance.
Thank you eleizibeth ^

ninjasupeatsninja is polling my badge constantly which has been causing issues for everyone, once ninja has fixed their grouper or removed my badge then it will be up and working again.

^ We should really be allowed to see the world id in where the admin currently is, so we can follow him.
EDIT: What? It displays many errors?
