It won't work for me for some reason, I launch it and it says It Has Stopped Working then closes itself.

Are you sure that you have .NET 4.0 installed?

Changelog 3.4.2

Blocks can now be found and replaced, one-by-one or all in Find & replace (Ctrl + H).
Added EEbuilder .aub1 files for importing
Changed image creation window and UX to make things more obvious
Slightly changed New and Text design
Added button "insert to world" in the text adding form
Worldid and code should now sync properly between main, New and Upload windows
Blockbar tabs are now hidden when blockbar itself is
Fixed so Adding text shows the text in the picture
Fixed so it's not possible to paste empty block over border with selection tool
Fixed so open world doesn't show open world blocks when restarting the tool
Fixed so not saved worlds wouldn't load.
Fixed so people with crew edit access can upload to the crew worlds
Fixed so sign show the correct text when right clicking it
Fixed so it's not possible to write more than the width of the world.
Fixed so it's possible to rotate morphable blocks after you click on the block Q + rightclick
Updated text drawing on special blocks. 
Fixed threading for the image importer, it didn't finish.
Updated colors to one-way white block,  color was missing.
Added missing colors to industrial pack
Fixed so background images get removed when using delete with selection tool
Updated the version lookup. Should now kill threading on closing.
Updated a better checker for open worlds.
Updated so it's possible to edit roomid in the uploader
Updated so open world creation in new world hide worldid textbox.

it would be nice to have the option to automatically save if you're the owner/have save rights in a crew. In my logo world i cant bring an alt because its a logo world.

Also. When you have edited the world with the bot, the bot will leave the world. Can't see any problems.

This will be added. To detect if you have saving access I need to read crews and stuff.
Which will just be useless anyway because the tool don't need to use crew codes.

For some reason, EEditor would overwrite my blocks even if I checked the "keep existing block" button. I don't know if this would be any help, but I also only have the background blocks checked when I imported my image, so I'm quite confused. Is there a reason my level keeps getting overwritten?

I guess you don't know what "keep existing block" does.
If you draw a new block over an old block. It will not draw over the old block.
It's same for backgrounds if you use that option.

EEDitor shouldn't overwrite already existed blocks. If you download the world before uploading the changed world.

Edit: Kongregate works. Are you trying to login with your username and password that you have on kongregate?

*facepalm* Lol I thought the button would keeps the blocks in the world, not in the editor. This raises a question though. I still have the button checked, but when I pasted another level (that I opened in another window of EEditor), the empty part (the default background) would still overwrite my level. Is there some option I'm missing, or is there another way to paste it so that I don't write over my blocks? The overwriting is really intriguing because my level only has blocks, and the part I am pasting in has only backgrounds...
