Haircut

So today I decided to change my haircut to something more adequate to my age. Getting from my extremely basic round shaped haircut to the short in the sides and volume in front style. Obviously my worriers came true and the result wasn't the one I expected.
So... I ended having a haircut similar to mr. H.

I'm asking for your help to give me some tips to accomplish that volume without using any gels or such stuffs. Perhaps you've been in a similar situation and you can help a teen who's trying to find his identity.
Otherwise, Im just planning to leave my moustache grow and conquer Europe.

You could style the top a bit. I know you're probably not a model, but something similar to this might work if you still have some volume left.
