Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

I downloaded Everybody Edits Troll Catcher, and it said it was made by Microsoft on the .exe. I immediately scan it with my Kaspersky Total Protection anti-virus. It said it was a virus and then deleted it. However, it then told me to restart my computer, so I did. Now the window for my anti-virus won't open... the process is still running but the window for it won't open. EETC literally caused my anti-virus to self-destruct. God dammit...

EETC is out, "out" of date.
Kaspersky is a bad anti-virus.

I had decompiled it earlier and it doesn't seem to contain any malicious functions, drop any files or contact any hosts beyond his own domain to check the version, and Player.IO.
Very likely, the reason your anti-virus is detecting it, is because it uses a packer to combine PlayerIOClient into a single executable.
As with anything, you should be running untrusted proprietary software in a sandboxed environment.
I would recommend Sandboxie personally, but other options are available.
*u stinky*

Even I have decompiled it. I even recoded it. And I didn't find anything dangerous.
The only thing was 2 commands that checked which ip-address the user had. Which I don't see a good reason to have.
The other thing, the bot is outdated. It using old methods.
