Weird bug on everybodyedits.com

Whenever I scroll up/down it glitches. As in the current frame gets set to a frame issued in the recent past.
Using firefox.

Seems to be a problem related to Firefox, as http://www.swftools.org/flash/blend.html (a completely different website) does the same thing when I scroll.

Do you have vsync enabled? (I don't)

I'm using firefox 48.0 and don't have this issue.
