New Smiley Idea

Hello i got idea about new smiley,called bird,i used pixel art maker  and i created this smiley : http://imgur(.)com/J8tzBVK
I will be really happy if it gonna be added in Everybody Edits.   Anyways delete the () symbols to get to that link.

The beak isn't aligned with the pixel grid...

Also, the smiley has no transparency on the edges.

I just don't know what to do on top of smiley's head, does it look awkward without transparency idk if it's bad?

EDIT: New version with a duckey-kind-of-beak. So it doesn't look like bird smiley from the contest...

The hat should have a white border, not a black one.
