Zombie effect w/o zombie

I'd presume this happened because:

1) The client thought a zombie effect was there, and grabbed it, and became a zombie on my screen.

2) The server didn't agree, and it doesn't think im a zombie.

This happens when there is a zombie limit and the server declines to give you zombie because the zombie limit was reached. Indeed a bug.

I didn't have a zombie limit in the world.
