Account stuff (idk a good name for this)

Alright, here's the story:
My brother made an EE account (Guest11354428) back in June 2013 after playing as a guest for a while. He didn't have an email at the time, so he used his friend's email. He forgot his password (which he did a lot back then) later that year, and made a new account named Thenew428 under the same email (iirc the "one email per account" rule didn't exist at the time). He lost interest in EE a while later, and I decided to play as Thenew428 sometime in 2014 (he played using my computer before he got his own, and he never logged out). One problem: He forgot the password, and I never asked for it before he forgot because I didn't think it was an issue. Oops. (no, he didn't write it down either) He came back with another account in 2015, but that doesn't matter to the story.
You might be thinking:
"ogm y havnt u used 'forgt paswrod' opton u nub"
I've tried (on a different computer, because I'm not logging out on mine), but it only gives me the password for the older account. That means I have access to Guest11354428 in case something happens, but it would be annoying to buy back everything I already had, and get everyone from my friend list back.

Is there any way to change the email from my brother's friend's to mine? Should I just PM an admin or something (maybe NVD or Nou)?

you can't change emails yourself. pm an admin. they'll probably ask you to verify your identity or something.
i'm not entirely sure how you managed to get two accounts associated with the same email though..
