He has privileges on the forums different to other EE Admins.

I am actually not sure whether he has privileges other than being able to create topics in Game Business, but other than that it's so users can identify Nou and also to assure them it's Nou's real account.

All EE staff have different forum colors and/or titles.

Can confirm: Nou has his own usergroup for permission reasons. Technically the forums consider Nou a moderator, although his permissions are pretty limited in that aspect. He doesn't have the ability to ban people, edit other user's profiles, change his own title, promote New Members to Members, change passwords, or rename users. And since the only forum he moderates is Game Business, he only has power to Edit/Delete/Merge/Split/Close topics and posts in that one area. It lets him do some housekeeping in the area, like editing and updating official game topics posted by people who aren't him. The other EE admins have permissions to post in Game Business, but Nou has the permissions to manage all of those posts.

Because he doesn't need any more than that. He's game staff, not forum staff.
