Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Totally different. First of all, you're not some rando, you're a mod. Secondly, Ninja obviously didn't intend to post an image with a swear. He even tried to censor it, he just accidentally missed one. What you did was no accident. You did it completely on purpose.
okay, but you're still allowing rulebreaking in one case and not in another. whether it's mod vs normal person, gore vs swears, intentionally vs unintentionally, it's still rulebreaking and you still let it slide. people have been banned for accidentally letting swears in their image multiple times. it's still against the rules, just like kaslai spamming was still against the rules.
I'm going to have to agree with Zoey on this point.
Because I was banned for a MONTH for having the letters "f", "c", & "k" in a screenshot I posted. Well to mention this was an unintentional decision on my part, but still resulted in a ban.

I got banned for the same reason (I posted a screenshot of Chris' profile and since swears in worlds do not hide them one showed up) and it was the correct move, swearing in images should result in warnings - I can't think of an instance where it is ok.
Kaslai's spamming was absolutely fine, he was warning people - he could have made it clearer in the OP and taken up more space so that people wouldn't see the **** in the comment below; but it was the right move, it explained that almost all new posts were graphic - there is no way he should have got the warning, so I'm glad the warning was retracted.

That is not a logical reason nor is it a reason people will seriously.
I have been banned plenty of times by both mods for LOGICAL and REASONABLE reasons.
So please no.

Hey let's de-mod and de-admin everyone! What could possibly go wrong?

Truth be told, diff has been known to ban himself on occasion. And here we are, still going strong! ha
Have we addressed what this poll means? IIRC it's the deciding factor, but diff has repeatedly claimed that the two sides are terribly tied, which means it's nearing the worst possible outcome of democracy, where the greatest amount of people will be upset by a decision. Unfortunate.
I did toss around the idea of raising the post limit, or some other mitigating action to simply sate some curiosity of mine. An IRC user mentioned telling people on the game to vote in the poll, which would arguably inflate things. At any rate, I'm looking forward to the results.

@diff
Well, that tells more than my idea does. Thanks for the added breakdown.
Does this mean the issue will be put to rest?
edit:
Yeah so there's not a ton of simple conclusions/broad generalizations to make on the given data. Sadly enough.
edit2: well, one could say the closet thing to statistically significant would be the average PM jump. Do we have any outliers? Otherwise it looks like some folks are more talkative huh.
edit3: Then again, just because there's no real difference in the voting numbers doesn't mean the labels don't apply to the data. RIP my previous edits. So the demod folks PM a considerable amount more. The month discrepancy in registration averages seems trivial.

You'd know if I were. I have nothing against Zoey as a person but this was mishandled, and all of the excuses from Zoey & Proc are incredibly pathetic.
Additionally, I'm sure it's of no concern to you that half of the community disapproves of Zoey as a moderator.

I'm surprised that there is that much division, but the results say two votes, so I feel like this should be put to rest until next week's controversy.

wait 112 people voted? I thought that there would be 60 max.

You should de-anonymise the voters now that it's ineffectual to the voting process.
