Yeah I accidentally a typo. The old files were named "rep_add.gif" and "rep_minus.gif", I named the old files "rep_plus.png" and "rep_minus.png" and then just replaced every instance of "gif" with "png" in the area.

I suggest prohibiting new users to add or reduce reputation until they have x posts and have been registered for x days.
(It's like this on most sites/forums with similar systems such as upvoting/karma)

Because you can't down-woot someone. Wooting is per-post and strictly a "it exists or it doesn't" thing. Rep is per-person and can be positive, negative, or not exist.
