Cloud Pack

So like other things in the decoration tab they should be in front of the smiley.
I have noticed that the cloud decorations are acting more like background blocks.

What do you mean "so what." If it was a background then it would be in the background tab not the decoration.

decorations don't have to be strictly foreground. the decorations in the domestic pack, ninja pack, the neon lines from the futuristic pack, etc. all go behind the smiley.

I think most decos are behind the player.
Clouds used to be in front of the player but they changed it, don't remember why.

EDIT: Ok not sure if most are behind but many are

Yea most of them are and some aren't but I know clouds are foreground.

But then isn't that a problem for any foreground decoration? Why did they only put the cloud decoration in the background but left other foreground decorations as they were?

I was going to be afk in-game for a bit and I actually wanted to wear the sleeping smiley in the cloud decos and that is wear I noticed it
