Further, the sticky at the top of the forums has all the things you need to know to start making some (basic?) bots. It contains some errors but whit some questioning on the forums you should be able to solve these

Obligatory: did you try the sticky? (this topic)

Consider this guide if you're tripped up. It might help you with some of the common hurdles. (obligatory 'i helped edit this and tomahawk contributed considerably as well')

Concerning discussion in the forums:
If you have an error, issue, or other roadblock, we can't help you much with "but no one works." One might sum this up in answering the question "What have you tried?" Give us insight into what you know, what you don't. Are you trying to use Notepad to compile your code? (don't try it)
