Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

I thought, that Stack Overflow has a nice system which makes it simple to prevent duplicate topics: When entering in the Subject line, topics with the same name, or a topic which has the tags will appear here, so people see that there is already a topic about it: People wouldn't waste time to search before posting (But many don't even search before posting (like me)). I mean, why not??
Basically like above to find more keys when searching. New Members (till for example 50 posts) can only use given tags (under the paragraph). A post can contain maximal XXX labels (tags)
Game Discussion: survey, serious question, discussion
Bots and Programming: release, question, request, bot, program
Crews: crew, builder(s), fun, political
Questions and Answers: business, help, serious question
Level Creation: art, mini game(s), basic, non-stop, W. I. P.
Rooms: basic, easy, medium, hard, extreme, art
...
The main difgerence is that the EE forums aren't a Q&A site, which renders the tags way less useful, and the duplicate can always be pointed at in a post

Seems like a huge butt load of work just to help identify duplicates.
