Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

After my linux update, the first page of the forums is not css marked.

that happens to me occasionally, just try refreshing a few times

Yeah, on different pages, different computers.

Perhaps the document is still loading, or the server/your computer dropped the connection for some reason. Have you tried other websites to see if their CSS appears? Perhaps you have a setting in linux world that blocks loading resources.
