Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

By the way can you explain the deal here a little better? As far as I can tell, this bears little semblance to mafia.
The rules and such
yeah so this isnt really "mafia", but you gotta kill people so same thing rite!
basically every day ill be like "The target is: Username". the players have to find and kill that username before the day ends (72 hour days, majority to kill someone). If that player is killed, woop dee doo! objective met, good job. If he isnt, he can kill anyone he wants (any anon person, he cant just say "hey go kill unau lol!" and get unau killed.)
Also, if you lynch the wrong person, oops, that person gets lynched (kinda like lynching a townie, yaknow)
You have to try to impersonate others, so when you get called you arent suspected, but you also have to be careful, as you don't want that name to roll around and get killed.
It's more of a free for all tbh. this game is a practice run, as i'd imagine a bunch of problems would arise that i can work out for next game. bear with me.
I may need to change the win conditions slightly though, as people may purposely try to lynch the wrong person to get 2 kills per night instead of 1 to get themselves to the top spot faster. Maybe ill split it up into teams, red and blue, but you dont know who your teammates are (well you do, but not their anon identities).
suggestions are welcome

I think three teams would be better.
1. Tell people their team colour, and their teammates (real usernames)
2. Every day pick three targets -- one from red, one from blue, one from green. Reveal their real usernames, but not their colour.
3. All players would then vote, trying to correctly lynch one of the targets not on their team.
If they lynch one of the targets, then there is no additional kill.
If they mislynch, the player killed will choose another player to kill (not on their team)
4. Last team standing wins.

How would you (the host, kirby) tell who is who? What if someone pretend to be the killing guy to get a kill but it wasn't him who survived as a lynch target
Onjit's concept seems complicated :/

I foretell this game requiring many days of "well we're divided"
teams gives something to work towards.
three teams actually gives some sense of uncertainty; otherwise it'd just be "vote for the other guys"
What if we /don't/ know who our teammates are? Just thoughts. I haven't thought through the ramifications, but part of mafia is not knowing

You would know their real identity, but not their anon identity. All of the voting would be for the anon identity (!vote Dirty_Dan)
You still have to figure out who your teammates are.

If there's a tie and there is no lynch, a new day would start, with new targets.
Remember, you're not voting for people directly, you're voting for their anon names.
Unless you can figure out exactly who everyone's anon name is, (unlikely), you can never be sure if you are voting for your teammate or your enemy.
