I want to suggest something. I want you guys to get rid of the Open Topic if a Forum staff closes it. I was trying to open my Undertale Thread but it didn't work so what's the point of it when they closed it.

Most likely if a mod closes something, it's against the rules or has already been said before.

Perhaps we're all on the same page, perhaps not.

I'm thinking the request is to remove the "Open" button if the action isn't allowed.

Not simply that the action be allowed/disallowed.
