There is one problem though. If town loses majority(be it betrayal from Maxi or wrong target from either Marco or Maxi) , there will be absolutely no way to prevent maxi from winning, unless for some reason mafia decides to team up with town into lynching him, in which case it will end in a mafia win. Lose in both situations

I can't really trust maxi123's town-helper serial killer, it's the oldest trick.

We have a lynch, a vigilante kill and a serial killer kill. So by tomorrow we'll have three town-sided kills and likely one mafia-sided kill.
Let's say there are three mafia members, anything less or more than that would look unbalanced. So it must be currently 5v3v1.
Our possible results:
3 mafia kills + 1 town kill: 5v1 <- Town win
2 mafia kills + 2 town kills: 4v1v1 <- Town should lynch the SK and then seek the last mafia.
1 mafia kill + 3 town kills: 3v2v1 <- Town loss
And the obvious other results. which I find more unlikely.

But what if we end mislynching today and the SK decides to betray us? He can win by making it to the kingmaker, so what would stop maxi123 from disrespecting town's order and achieve his win?

i have rethought things and i'll say that i can't trust creature's claim.
look, on night 1 there were 2 kills: pyro was shot by marco and proc was killed by me
which means mafia's kill failed. mafia either:
- picked a target which got healed that night
- picked same target as i or marco did
- picked me
there is most likely no doctor or other protective role (at least because then kirby would be saved at night 2) and with 14 non-mafias a coincidence of 1 player picked twice is very unlikely. so it is the latter. which means ever since N1 mafia knew i am immune to night kills. they couldn't yet tell which exactly role i had (i could be bulletproof), maybe they could because of 2 non-mafia night kills, this is not the point.
however after all the fuss with existence of a serial killer and diff55's death they realised that i am most likely an SK and there is a pair of neutrals (diff55 vs maxi123) similarly to game 8
this allowed creature to quickly come up with some fake claim, put me out as a criminal and himself as a hero of the town.
result: mafia gets rid of their biggest threat with town's help while 1 mafia member becomes confirmed town and loved by everyone. double profit.
